
Mr Jarrod Antflick consults to teams in the UK’s English Premier League, Premiership Rugby, tennis, track and field, as well as National Basketball Association (NBA) and National Football League (NFL) teams in the USA. He holds a Master’s in Sports Physiotherapy from La Trobe University, Melbourne, Australia, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science (BAppSc) in Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney, a Bachelor of Health Science (BHSc) from the University of Technology Sydney, and Surgical First Assistant training from University College London (UCL). He is currently a PhD candidate in Bioengineering at Imperial College London.
He specialises in tendinopathy, undertaking research into the management and diagnosis of achilles and patellar tendinopathy, and runs the Fortius Tendon Clinic with Dr Jon Houghton. Since 2023, he has been developing the surgical management of patellar and achilles tendinopathy, performing ultrasound-guided tendon debridement alongside knee, foot and ankle consultants at Fortius Clinic.
Mr Antflick has presented at numerous international sports medicine and science conferences, including the Arsenal Sports Medicine Conference (London), NFL Medical Summit (Orlando), Sports Kongress (Denmark), FISIC (London), and Isokinetic (Barcelona and London), on the diagnosis and management of tendinopathy in sport.
