Dr Craig Sheridan is a Consultant in Musculoskeletal, Sport and Exercise Medicine, originally training in general practice before completing specialist training in the East of England. He works for UK Defence Medical Services where he holds a substantive consultant post within the military rehabilitation centre in Colchester and Honington, providing specialist sport and musculoskeletal injury care to military personnel and new recruits. In this role he has developed a keen interest in the management of knee arthritis in the active population.
Additionally, Dr Sheridan works for Fortius Clinic and Pure Sports Medicine in London and runs a regular visiting sports and MSK injury clinic in the Channel Islands. He has worked with numerous sporting teams and organisations including Ipswich Town Football Club and The English Football Association. He enjoys providing medical education having formally been a GP clinical educator and retaining an active role within the Advanced Trauma Medical Management in Football (ATMMIF) faculty.
